48 hours to the fixed price
After the site visit you have the fixed price, with the schedule per day and per department.

We look at both the old and the new address. That way the price is right from the start.

Payment by invoice. We are available from 08:00 to 20:00.
What your staff find on Monday morning
What happens between the moment your last employee goes home and the moment you open again.
Your staff lift nothing
They pack their own desk, or we do that too. We do the lifting, dismantling and setting up.
Every box has a number and a place
Colour codes per floor, a number per workstation, and that number is on the floor plan of the new building.
Equipment goes separately and upright
Packed and labelled, in its own van and at its own pace. Disconnecting and connecting is done by your own IT manager or supplier.
We work while you are closed
Load on Friday evening, move on Saturday, set up on Sunday. The weekend surcharge is included in the fixed price.
One fixed point of contact
From the site visit to the last box you have one point of contact. On moving day the owner is usually there working with the crew.

When do you come and look?
For a business move, always. From around 60 m³ a job cannot be estimated properly remotely. After the site visit you get a fixed price.
Can you work outside office hours or at the weekend?
Yes, for businesses that is actually the rule. We do most business moves in the evening or at the weekend: load on Friday evening, move on Saturday, set up on Sunday. The weekend surcharge of € 25.00 per mover is then already included in the fixed price.
How big a job can you handle?
We have done business moves of one hundred to one hundred and twenty cubic metres, with three to four box vans in two days. For large jobs we deploy a crew of around fifteen people. After the site visit you will hear how many vans and people your premises need.
Your inventory is insured up to € 2,500,000
Excess € 300. Blankets, dollies and straps are in every van; we photograph equipment and fragile items before and after.
