Privacy and cookie policy
You leave details with us at two moments: when you fill in the request form, and when you give consent for measurement. Below you can read what happens at each moment. Would you like us to delete something? Email info@verhuisbedrijfnieuwbegin.nl.
What you fill in on the request form
The form asks for your address: postcode, house number and town. Then for the floor, whether there is a lift, the volume in cubic metres and the preferred date. Finally your name, phone number and email address. You can add a description or photos of your belongings.
Those details go straight into our own customer system, so we can call you back and prepare the quote. We do not share them with other moving companies or comparison sites.
What we use it for
- Calling you back and preparing a quote.
- Planning the move if you agree.
- Preparing the invoice and keeping our records, as required by law.
Cookies: what happens before you choose
Without your consent we only place what is needed for the site to work, such as the form and remembering your cookie choice. There is nothing personal in it.
If you choose accept all, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads, via Google Tag Manager. That way we see which pages lead to a request. If you choose necessary only, the site works just as well. You can change your choice via Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page.
What we measure
With your consent, we record which pages you view, whether you call or send a WhatsApp message, and how far you get in the form. We use that to improve the site. We do not measure what you type in the fields.
Your rights
You can always ask which details we hold about you, and have them corrected or deleted. You can also object to their use. Send an email to info@verhuisbedrijfnieuwbegin.nl; we respond within a month. If we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
