What stairs without a lift cost
Stairs make the biggest difference. Every cupboard and every box goes up or down by hand. This is the same 30 m³ home over 25 kilometres, with one more flight of stairs each time.
Does a cupboard not fit through the stairwell? Then it goes through the window with the furniture lift. That costs € 145.20 per hour, including VAT, and is sometimes quicker than the stairs.

How to keep your moving costs down
You pay for the hours we work. Anything that saves time also saves money.
- Pack yourself and label every box
If everything is closed and ready with a room number, the crew can start straight away. You get boxes and materials from us at list price.
- Make sure the van can park at the door
The crew walks every metre between the door and the van dozens of times. If a permit is needed, we arrange it with you in advance.
- Only take what needs to come
Whatever goes to the charity shop or the recycling centre costs no moving hours. Do that in the weeks before.
- Choose a weekday
At the weekend, we charge a surcharge of € 30.25 per mover, including VAT. On weekdays there is none.
- Have the video check done
In about ten minutes, Benjamin sees what needs to come. Then the quote is right, and on the day there is no crew member too many or too few.

What does a mover cost per hour?
€ 35.70 per mover per hour, including VAT. The van comes on top, from € 36.30 per hour for the 20 m³ van to € 145.20 for the 80 m³ van.
Is a fixed price more expensive than an hourly price?
You only get a fixed price after a site survey, because then we see for ourselves what needs to come. Without a site survey, you get a quote based on hours. Then you pay for the hours we actually work, at the same rates.
What is included in the price?
The movers, the van, the kilometres, taking apart and putting together cupboards, beds and tables, and the blankets, furniture dollies and straps. Packing materials are charged separately, at list price.
Does moving at the weekend cost more?
Yes, at the weekend we charge € 30.25 extra per mover, including VAT. On weekdays you pay the normal hourly rate.
What if it takes longer than the quote?
Then we charge the extra time at the same hourly rate. That rarely happens, because we estimate the hours generously. If we finish sooner, you pay less.
