How a department moves along
What happens between the moment a department clears its desks and the moment it is back at work in the new spot.
Your staff lift nothing
They pack their own desk, or we do it. Our crew does the lifting, dismantling and reassembling.
Every workstation gets a number
A number per workstation and a colour code per floor. That number is on the floor plan of the new layout.
Desks down and back up
We dismantle desks and cabinets and reassemble them in the new location, in the same layout or a new one.
Clearing a floor for a renovation
Anything that has nowhere to go for a while goes into our partner's storage. After the renovation, we bring it back.
One fixed point of contact
On moving day Benjamin usually works alongside the crew. That way there is someone on the floor who knows the plan.

A department moved in one weekend
This is how it goes when a department moves at the weekend. The weekend surcharge of € 25.00 per mover is already included in the fixed price.
The department goes home
We are ready. Use of the lift has already been agreed with the building manager.

We load by department, in the order of the schedule.
Setting up in the new space
The workstations are set out as drawn on the new floor plan.
The department is back at work
We walk through the building together. The invoice follows afterwards.
One fixed amount, after the site visit
All of this is included:

- The vans and the kilometres
- Dismantling and reassembly of workstations
- Blankets and dollies
What we see during the site survey is included in that price.

Frequently asked questions from businesses
When do you come and look?
For a business move, always, at the old and the new address. From around 60 m³ a long distance move can't be estimated properly. You have the fixed price within 48 hours of the site survey.
Can you work outside office hours or at the weekend?
Yes. We do most business moves in the evening or at the weekend. We start loading on Friday evening, and on Monday morning you are working at the new address. The weekend surcharge of € 25.00 per mover is already included in the fixed price.
How big a job can you handle?
We have done business moves of one hundred to one hundred and twenty cubic metres, with three to four vans over two days. For large jobs we add extra movers to the regular crew. After the site survey you will hear how many vans and people your building needs, and whether it will take one weekend or two.
Can the move be done in stages?
Yes. We can move by department or by floor. How many evenings or weekends that takes, we agree during the site survey.
What if the building has a lift?
Then we use it, in consultation with the building manager. If there is no suitable lift, we use the furniture lift.
Do our people have to pack themselves?
That is fine, but you don't have to. We can do the packing too. If your staff pack themselves, please close the boxes and label them by department.
What happens to our computers and equipment?
We pack equipment separately and transport it upright, in a separate van and at its own pace where needed. Your own IT administrator or supplier disconnects and reconnects it.

Every box gets a number. The archive comes along to the new building, or goes temporarily to our partner's storage.
Your inventory is insured up to € 2,500,000
The excess is € 300. We photograph equipment and fragile items before departure and after arrival, so you know exactly what condition they are in.
