When do you come and look?
For a business move, always, at the old and the new address. From around 60 m³ a long distance move can't be estimated properly. You have the fixed price within 48 hours of the site survey.
Can you work outside office hours or at the weekend?
Yes. We do most business moves in the evening or at the weekend. We start loading on Friday evening, and on Monday morning you are working at the new address. The weekend surcharge of € 25.00 per mover is already included in the fixed price.
How big a job can you handle?
We have done business moves of one hundred to one hundred and twenty cubic metres, with three to four vans over two days. For large jobs we add extra movers to the regular crew. After the site survey you will hear how many vans and people your building needs, and whether it will take one weekend or two.
What do we need to arrange ourselves for a business move?
We do the planning, the site survey and the lifting. You arrange the agreements with the managers of both buildings, your IT and the change of address. Our moving plan shows, phase by phase, what you arrange and when. You can tick it off online or download it as a PDF.
What does a business move cost?
You get one fixed price, within 48 hours of the viewing. It includes the movers, the vans and the kilometres, dismantling and reassembling workstations, and the blankets and dollies. If you move at the weekend, the weekend surcharge of € 25.00 per mover is already included in that price.
How do we pay?
By invoice, with a payment term of 14 days after the move.
What happens to our computers and equipment?
We pack them separately and transport them upright, in a van of their own if needed. Your own IT manager or supplier disconnects them and reconnects them at the new location. We plan together when that happens.
How do we know where everything goes in the new premises?
On the floor plan of the new building, every workstation has a number. The same number is on the boxes and on the desk, and every floor has its own colour code.
Are our contents insured?
Yes, during the move up to € 2,500,000, with an excess of € 300. Equipment and fragile items are photographed before departure and after arrival.
Can our archive be stored for a while?
Yes, with our storage partner. Every box keeps its number, and we bring the archive back as soon as there is room in the new building.
Do we have one point of contact?
Yes. Benjamin does the site survey and draws up the schedule. On moving day he usually works alongside the team, so you are calling someone who is on site.
Can we call a reference?
Yes. Ask us for the number of a client who had something similar moved.

Does your building need to be empty by Monday?
Let us know how many workstations there are, which floors are involved and when the building needs to be empty. Then we schedule the site survey.
