How we calculate your inventory
Hardly anyone knows how many cubic metres an office is. You do know how many workstations and filing cabinets there are. That is why you count items here.
How we turn your list into a volume
Each item has a standard volume, and we add them together. We add fifteen percent for the space between the items in the van, because a desk and a filing cabinet never fit together exactly.
Why the calculator asks about stairs and timing
Stairs without a lift take roughly a quarter more time per floor. And whether you move at the weekend, after closing time or during the day determines how we spread the hours over the days.
It remains an estimate until we come and look
That is why we view the old and the new premises before you get the price. Then the volume is settled, and with it the fixed price and the schedule.

Your inventory is insured up to € 2,500,000
The excess is € 300. We photograph equipment and fragile items before departure and after arrival, so you know exactly what condition they are in.
