How a business move works
In four steps, from the first request to Monday morning at the new address.
You request a viewing
Through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp. We call you back and agree a time to come and have a look.
We come and have a look
We look at the old and the new premises: the workstations, the archive, the stairs, the lift and where the vans can park.
One fixed price, with a schedule
The schedule shows which department moves on which day. Everything we saw during the site survey is included in the price.
Closed on Friday, open on Monday
Usually at a weekend or after closing time. We dismantle, move and rebuild the workstations, so your people can get straight to work on Monday.
One fixed amount, after the site visit
All of this is included:
- The movers
- The vans and the kilometres
- Dismantling and reassembly of workstations
- Blankets and dollies
If you move at the weekend, the weekend surcharge is included in this amount too.
Whether it takes one weekend or two, you will hear after the site survey. Fill in the workstations now, so we come to look well prepared.

We arrange a permit or exemption for the loading spot with you in advance.
14-day payment term
You pay by invoice, after the move. Questions about the invoice go to Benjamin, from 08:00 to 20:00.
